The lawyer Ginaluigi Serafini, partner of LS Lexjus Sinacta – professional association of lawyers and chartered accountants present in nine locations in Italy and over 180 professionals, has a consolidated experience and specialization in corporate law, the corporate contractor, as well as the capital markets, either through processes of listing securities on the regulated or organised markets of Borsa Italiana, as part of activities related to financial investment services and relations with supervisory authorities.
